Million Plus

MillionPlus welcomes proposals to lengthen the amount of time that Access & Participation Plans should remain in place at providers but questions the justification for some of the specific timeframes proposed by the OfS. MillionPlus makes the point that for too long, discussions on access and participation have focused too narrowly on young learners, and some of the proposals relating to mature students signal a move in the right direction. MillionPlus highlights some areas in regard to the consultation document where more information is required from the OfS in order to properly scrutinise the proposals that are being made.
