Pinsent Masons event: The Extent of Residential Demand from Students after 2014

20 Mar 2014

Pam Tatlow, Chief Executive of million+ has been invited to speak at Pinsent Masons event: The Extent of Residential Demand from Students after 2014.

The half day seminar will look at how different institutions are likely to respond to the government removing controls on student undergraduate admissions and the implications this will have for the supply and on-going development and management of student housing.

This current half day seminar will take the form of a panel discussion with experts representing different sections of the HEI sector.

The views to be presented are designed to provide a number of triangulation points enabling delegates to make informed judgements themselves that will enable them to plan more accurately for the future.

• which institutions will take more students and which will not?
• will growth continue and if so where?
• what differences will there be between the Russell Group universities and the million+ group?

The seminar will be hosted in London and is intended for those active in planning the future supply and shape of student accommodation both within their institutions and within the private sector.
