Bill Rammell is the Vice-Chancellor at the University of Bedfordshire and was elected Chair of MillionPlus, The Association for Modern Universities in July 2019.
Bill took office as Vice Chancellor in September 2012 and prior to that he was Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Plymouth University where he was responsible for the student experience and internationalisation.
Bill was MP for Harlow from 1997 to 2010. He was Minister of State for Further and Higher Education in the Labour Government and also served as Minister of State for the Foreign Office and Minister of State for the Armed Forces.

Dr Greg Walker is the Chief Executive of MillionPlus, the Association for Modern Universities.
Greg is a university governor and former Deputy Chief Executive of Colleges Wales, having previously served as acting Director of Universities Wales. He has been a member of a number of Higher Education Funding Council for Wales Committees between 2006-16 and played a significant role in the much-praised Diamond Review on HE Funding in Wales in 2016.
Greg is completing an MBA in Higher Education Management at University College London. Greg taught political science at Cardiff University in the mid-2000s, where he later gained a PhD.
