million+ responds to the Higher Education Policy Institute’s (HEPI) report: Making a Success of Employer Sponsored Education
The university think-tank million+ has today (21 April) responded to HEPI’s report: Making a Success of Employer Sponsored Education, calling it a welcome reminder of the role that employer-sponsored degrees currently play in UK higher education. The report is authored by the Chair of million+ and Vice-Chancellor of London South Bank University, Professor Dave Phoenix.
Pam Tatlow, Chief Executive of million+, said:
“This report is a welcome reminder of the important role that employer-sponsored degrees already play in the higher education agenda and provides a timely warning to Ministers that their ambitions for degree apprenticeships must enhance rather than undermine the university-employer market which already exists.”
