million+ CEO quoted in the Times Higher Education

A blog by Pam Tatlow, Chief Executive of million+, has been quoted in a THE article about the RAB charge estimate falling to 20-25%.

“...The funding of higher education is routinely based on smoke and mirrors accounting, and this looks to be another example," she is quoted as saying.
