Million+ comment: HEFCE League Tables report

Professor Les Ebdon, Chair of the university think-tank Million+ and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bedfordshire said “This report confirms that the construction of the UK’s HE League Tables by newspapers lacks complete transparency. The net result is that these tables distort universities’ behaviour, are a very poor guide for students and do immense damage to UK higher education abroad.”
